Hello
My name is Brittany Buna
If I know one thing well, it is the in's and out's of ICBC. I have worked in ICBC litigation for 10 years. I was first involved in ICBC claims as a legal assistant and continued in that area as a lawyer. I have been both a plaintiff's (victim's) counsel and counsel for ICBC. I know both sides of the road.

Story
MY experience
In August 2020, I was involved in a cycling accident. I was covered under "no-fault ICBC insurance" for the first 3 months. Once my claim was looked into further, ICBC unilaterally withdrew coverage under the new Enhanced Care Benefit Regulation. ICBC called me at 2:00pm informing me that all coverage would stop at 4:00pm that day. I was stunned and in shock. Fortunately, I was educated and could navigate around what I was entitled to and my rights. I want to share my personal knowledge as well as my professional knowledge to ensure that this does not happen to more people.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
I will answer any questions you have about your ICBC claim. I will be able to educate you on your entitlement to certain benefits and your rights. Unfortunately, ICBC is not there to advocate for you. I will help you navigate the murky waters in ICBC claims.

As a coach, I am there to guide you and work closely with you in the background. This means I will not communicate with ICBC; however, I can help draft emails/correspondence to ensure you are getting support from ICBC that you are entitled to.
